Performs related clerical duties. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education is helpful. Experience: Two years applicable public contact experience in customer service position, preferably in a financial institution. |
| Member Service Representative – Midland | Full Time | Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:30PM | POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, and in accordance with established policies and procedures, provides a high quality of service in greeting members, opening accounts, processing loans, cross-selling other credit union products and services and responding to member’s questions and problems with the ultimate goal of becoming the member’s PFI (Primary Financial Institution). Job Specifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Two years applicable public contact experience in customer service, preferably with at least one year in a financial institution. |
| Teller – Midland | Full Time | Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM | POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, and in accordance with established policies and procedures provides high quality member service. Pays and receives cash, transfers, receives various payments, sells various instruments, maintains accurate records of all transactions. Cross-sells credit union services. Provides information and researches accounts as requested. Balances and verifies cash totals daily. Performs related clerical duties. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training helpful. Experience: One year of applicable cash handling and/or customer service experience. |
