This year’s Annual Meeting will be held in person, as it was last year, as required by our Federal Credit Union Bylaws.  The meeting will take place on Monday, February 9th at 10:00 am at the 1CFCU Business and Mortgage Center at 4141 College Hills Blvd in San Angelo, Texas.

As we did in 2025, those attending the meeting will view a pre-recorded version of the 2025 Annual Meeting minutes and reports, along with the results of the Nominating Committee’s Board of Directors nominations to serve in 2026. There will be no refreshments served, or door prizes awarded at the in-person meeting.

Members were notified in our last two newsletters that a maximum of 30 members could attend the Annual Meeting in person.  Instructions on how to reserve a spot were provided, and a reservation deadline of January 15, 2026 was given.

Please see details further below on how members will be able to view the video online after the in-person meeting. We believe this format offers the most inclusive opportunity for all interested 1CFCU members, who are in good standing, to learn more about YOUR Credit Union.  As we did last year, all cash door prizes will be awarded by random drawing from the entire membership in good standing, with the winnings deposited into the winner’s Share/Savings accounts by the day following the meeting.
