1st Community FCU is converting to a new Debit and Credit Card Processor on Monday, March 16, 2026.
This change should not affect your current cards or any renewal cards you will be receiving in the mail.

Q. Will my current card still work?
A. Yes
Q. Will there be any downtime during conversion?
A. There should be no disruption to using your cards or pre-authorized items processing on your cards. The only thing that won’t be working on Monday, March 16th and Tuesday, March 17th is Instant Issue for new or replacement cards at our offices. Instant Issue should be available again to print new or replacement cards by Wednesday, March 18th.

Q. Can I continue using my current card?
A. Yes
Q. When should I activate my new card?
A. Immediately after receiving it by calling 866/762-0558
Q. Will my PIN change?
A. No, but you can call 866/762-0558 if you want to change your PIN.
Q. What should I do with my old card?
A. Once you receive your new card, activate the new card, test the new card, and shred the old card.
Q. Will ATMs still work?
A. Yes, in fact, we have joined the CO-OP Network making more ATMs available for you to use with no surcharge fee nationwide as of March 16, 2026. You can click on the link Locator to access the CO-OP Network ATM locator. This link will also be posted in online banking, the app and on our website.
