| Member Service Representative | Full Time | Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM | POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, and in accordance with established policies and procedures, provides a high quality of service in greeting members, opening accounts, processing loans, cross-selling other credit union products and services and responding to member’s questions and problems with the ultimate goal of becoming the member’s PFI (Primary Financial Institution). Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Two years applicable public contact experience in customer service, preferably with at least one year in a financial institution. |
| Telecommunications Service Representative | Full Time | Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM | POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, and in accordance with established policies and procedures, provides a high quality of member service in receiving and directing calls, answering questions, transferring funds, sending and receiving loan applications. Performs related clerical duties. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Two years applicable public contact experience in customer service, preferably with at least one year in a financial institution. |
| Mortgage Loan Officer | Full Time | Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM | POSITION SUMMARY: Uses knowledge based on experience to develop and manage the credit union's mortgage lending function, maximizing revenue from fees and the sale of loans on the secondary market. This may require involvement in activities outside of the credit union’s normal business hours. Also makes home improvement loans, home equity loans, and unimproved property loans. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Two-four years College course work in real estate finance or related field preferred. Experience: Three or more years of successful financial institution lending or mortgage experience preferred. Additional experience may be substituted for education at the discretion of the President |
